3. AI Data Processing and Training

ReliaPilot uses advanced AI models to provide business intelligence. To ensure the privacy of your business data:

  • No Training on Your Data: We never train or fine-tune a model on your business data or personal information.
  • Where AI Runs: AI models run on Amazon Bedrock inside our AWS account, not in public AI apps; model providers never receive your data. Scanned documents may be processed by Amazon Textract, an AWS service, to read their text.
  • Secure Processing: All AI processing is performed over encrypted connections.
  • Storage and Deletion: We store your records and AI history, including the prompts and responses of AI runs, to run the service, and delete them on request.
  • Separation: Each customer agency's data is logically separated from every other agency's data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, CRM tools like HubSpot).
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Third-Party Services on Our Website

Some pages of our website use the following third-party services, which receive information directly from your browser when you use them:

  • ipapi.co: Our contact and event registration pages send your IP address to ipapi.co to look up your approximate country, so the phone number field can pre-select your country code.
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3: Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Cal.com: When you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Cal.com. The details you enter in the booking calendar (such as your name, email address and chosen time) are processed by Cal.com.

5. Chrome Extension Limited Use

ReliaPilot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
